Ingredients:Sofe tofu 40gPork 20gBalck fungus 20gBamboo shoots 20gSea cucumber 20gGreen onion 3gCoriander 3gEgg
Method :1.Shred tofu,black fungus,baoboo shoot,sea cucumber and pork.2.Chop coriander and green onion.3.Break egg and beat with chopsticks until good combined.4.Heat up with stock in the casserole and put all of the shredded ingredients.
