I look about 5 years younger than my age.
I am 32 years old but people say I look like 27 years old.
People always think I am younger than I really am.
People are always surprised when I tell them I'm 32.
I should take that as a compliment.
Sometimes it's nice, but other times when people are being patronizing
and talking down to you like you were someone with less life experience - then it's just annoying.
Do people usually assume that you're younger than you are?

I also look younger than I am. People usually think I'm about ten years younger than I really am. I guess I like it most of the time, but it does make things difficult when the girls that are romantically interested in me are 20 years younger than I am! :(

For me, I'm learning English. So I definitely hope you can speak English with me. However, I guess you're learning Chinese just like I'm learning English. Well, everything in this world has its ups and downs. I know the feeling of being belittled. Some people think that they know more than you do because they're older. But, hey, at least you can enjoy that younger skin they're envious about.
