1. I am busier compared with working in the Taipei City Goverment.

2. Working in the Taipei City Goverment is busier than working at the Land Office in the Taipei County.(much better?)

We use used to do to talk about the past. It is not a tense but it is like a tense. It is a special expression. We use the expression used to do for the past only.

I used to work at 9 a.m. in the Taipei City Goverment, but now I need to arrive office before 8:30 a.m. So I have to get up earlier for woring in the land office compared with working in the Taipei City goverment.
