I learn this food from my English course. I hardly understand what it is. It is said that radish is used to make salad. I am wondering if I can see it from Taiwan. Well, do you make salad yourself or what do you use radish?

It is crunchy and has a peppery and sometimes slightly sweet taste. It is good in salads, and in Mexican cuisine it is often put on the side of the plate to "cool down" the mouth after eating very spicy foods. :)
