Should aboriginal can have extra scores?

Recently, it's a debat of the topic of Wall Street that from time to time, it holds some activities for practicing English. In my mind, I agree with aboriginal can have extra scores for exams. I'm not talking that aboriginal is smarter or not. However, as far as I know, they really don't care about education compared with us who live in the genearl places or cities, such as Taipei City. Plus, I think that education is really very very important for our socities. So I think that we should give them more oppotunities to get the chance to be educated. That means that if we are willing to give them extra scores, then they'll have more chances to study in the school.
