Hi,
 ELIP rules:
  ELIP RULES √
Read the rules carefully. If you do not follow the rules, you may be made READ-ONLY, or even
ejected from the group so make sure that you understand them
1. The group is for serious students who wish to improve and practise their English.... it is not for
socialising, making friends and aimless chatter. There are plenty of other groups for socialising.
2. Members must write English as best they can, and correct their typos and their mistakes
to correct a mistake or typo...
RIGHT CLICK your message
choose EDIT MESSAGE
correct your mistake
hit SEND or RETURN
Correcting your mistakes will help you to learn. Seeing uncorrected mistakes will cause other
people to make the same mistakes.
3. Write correct English
No mobile text abbreviations like CU for see you
and no lazy typing like i instead of I. I must always be a capital letter, even in the middle of a
sentence.
4. This is a multicultural group; members must be inclusive, they must write in English not foreign
languages, use nicknames in Roman script that everyone can read, and not address greetings or
messages to exclusive religious, political or language groups.
They must also avoid religious and political discussions as, however well meaning, these can offend
or upset others.
5. The voice conference is for members of the group. Do not add people who are not in the group
and do not publish the number outside the group.
6. Do not add other people to the group before you have told them the rules and made sure that they
agree to follow them.
This group is NOT in itself an English course but joining the group and practising English in the
text and voice conference will help you with any English course you are following.
