What do you do when your nanny isn't what you hoped and you'd like another? Do you keep her? Tell her? Fire her? It may be it's not a fit for both parties and if you talked about your concerns on a deeper level you may come to some agreement rather it's parting ways or finding ways to make it better for both worlds. Open polite communication goes a l o n g way. It just may be low work moral in the home when you already have a super nanny or your personalties are just not meshing. It's okay to admit these things and move on it will make everyones life a bit easier!Both parties need to be fair in all aspects after all this is someone else's life, kids, home, schedule, finances and commitments your dealing with which deserves much respect!
